Dear Friends, thank you for a great time. 

The Sound of Paint 2009 Live Paint & Music Sessions were "one of the most happening experiences going on in Tucson" according to a guest. Featured local music by Cathy Rivers, Leila Lopez, Steve Soloway, Sierra Norris and Helene, Sssss, Impossible Map, dj Critter, and Missing Parts. Local Artists and Musicians interact in Live Paint Sessions before your very eyes. Presented by MAXED ART, the Sound Of Paint combines the artistry of musicians and visual artists. Watch a synergistic force of creativity as Music and Paint combine. Experience the creation. All sessions are open to the public. All are ages welcome.

The Sound Of Paint project debuted in the Summer of 2008. Over 20 artists and musicians performed for 5 nights in a row, with a variety of styles and sounds. Drawing crowds that filled the gallery space every evening, the Sound Of Paint was a magical, spontaneous event. MAXED ART once again brings you Sound Of Paint with new artists and even more gallery space to fill. We'll see you there!

Time is Money Art Exhibit, March 7-31, 2009

The artwork for "Time is Money" reflects the current economic woes of the country, either in concept or in use of "cheap" materials, or both. All artworks are $25 or less.

Join us in a little get together to celebrate. March 7th, shortly after the gloaming time (twilight), in concurrence with Tucson's Downtown Art Walk.
